Jumping in a Leaf Pile Fall Scrapbook Pages

My husband took these pictures of Ella playing in the leaves last week and I had this leaf pile idea in mind ever since.

The base for both pages is 12×12 Naturals Ivory card stock. I matted the photos onto more mustard, dusty durango, and close to cocoa card stock.

The leaves are from Fall Flair (a retired hostess set), stamped in pumpkin pie, dusty durango, so saffron, creamy caramel, and close to cocoa ink.

I stamped the title in the same color inks mentioned above. The alphabet stamp I used here is called Pure and Simple lowercase (retired). I stamped the letters onto whisper white and layered it onto close to cocoa card stock. The title pieces are attached with dimensionals. I tied some Hemp Twine around some of the title pieces.

The cork letters are from my local craft store. I colored chipboard numbers with sponge daubers and creamy caramel, so saffron, and pumpkin pie ink to resemble the cork.

More Colors, More Leaves

It must be pretty obvious by now that I LOVE this tree from Season of Friendship. Instead of using the leaves that come with the set, I decided to try this large leaf image from Autumn Harvest and it worked pretty well.

The card base is Chocolate chip textured card stock, layered with DSP from Autumn Vines DSP. The image layer is Whisper White, with a chipboard frame underneath. I covered the chipboard with Pumpkin Pie craft ink and then heat embossed it using clear embossing powder.

I stamped the images in Basic Brown ink and watercolored the leaves with my Aquapainter and the following ink pads: Riding Hood Red, Pumpkin Pie, Creamy Caramel, and Kiwi Kiss.

With the cropadile, I punched a large hole in the chipboard and put in an eyelet from Hooray kit. Then I looped a piece of 5/8″ Chocolate Chip Grosgrain Ribbon through and tied it with Hemp Twine.
