Good Neighbors 3 Versions

Version 1: Brocade Blue card stock base layered with Close to Cocoa and Autumn Meadows DSP. The stamped images are from Good Neighbors. Ink colors of houses are from left to right: close to cocoa, brocade blue, old olive, and so saffron ink.  The roofs are stamped in river rock, close to cocoa, and basic gray. I stamped them on Very Vanilla card stock, layered with Close to Cocoa and a strip of Dusty Durango card stock punched with the Scallop Trim Border Punch.

Version 2: Brocade Blue card stock layered with Close to Cocoa layered with Autumn Meadows DSP. Again, I stamped the houses from Good Neighbors on Very Vanilla card stock, matted with Close to Cocoa and attached to the base with Stampin Dimensionals. The sentiment is from So Many Sayings, stamped in close to cocoa ink on Very Vanilla, punched out with the Word Window Punch and layered on the Modern Label Punch in Dusty Durango, attached with Dimensionals.

Version 3: Old Olive card stock base layered with Tall Tales DSP in a dotted/striped pattern. I stamped Good Neighbors on Very Vanilla card stock, using my SU Markers to color the stamps. I layered that onto So Saffron card stock and then Chocolate Chip card stock.

Valentine Note Card

I like the size of this card for a Valentine. It would make a good Valentine for kids in school, or attached to a gift for a friend. This notecard is made from Pretty in Pink card stock, cut to 4 1/4″ x 8 1/2″ folded in half. I used the Scallop Trim Border Punch on a strip of Real Red card stock and layered it behind a 3 3/4″ square of Chocolate Chip DSP.

The stamp is from I {Heart} Hearts, stamped in Real Red ink on Whisper White card stock. I punched it out with the Full Heart Punch and layered it onto a Real Red heart I made using the Scalloped Heart of Hearts Embosslit. That was attached to the base with Stampin Dimensionals.

Shades of Spring Valentine

I decided to go with a slightly non traditional color scheme in making this Valentine’s Day card. For the base, I used Old Olive card stock (but Certainly Celery would also be a good choice). The pink patterned paper is from Shades of Spring DSP and the green polka dot paper is from Tall Tales DSP.

I cut the striped DSP to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and the polka dotted DSP to 4″ x 3″. I used the Scallop Trim Border Punch on the top edge of the polka dotted paper, and the Small Heart Punch at the bottom. Then, I adhered the green DSP to the pink DSP and tied some Regal Rose 5/8″ Grosgrain Ribbon around that panel.

The sentiment is from Well Scripted, stamped in Certainly Celery ink on Whisper White card stock. I punched it out with the Full Heart Punch and layered it onto Regal Rose cut out with the Scalloped Heart of Hearts Embosslit using the Big Shot. That is attached to the card base with Stampin Dimensionals.
